Your Mission

As an AI Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for systematically automating our firm's processes. You identify optimization potential, implement AI-powered solutions, and digitalize recurring workflows to sustainably increase our efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

1. Analyze existing work processes and identify automation opportunities

2. Develop and implement AI-based automation solutions for firm workflows

3. Integrate AI tools into existing systems (accounting software, document management, etc.)

4. Automate routine tasks such as data entry, document processing, and communication processes

5. Train the team in using new automation solutions

6. Continuously optimize and further develop implemented systems

What You Bring

1. Proven experience in process automation and AI integration

2. Strong knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, Python, API integration)

3. Understanding of AI technologies (GPT, OCR, NLP, etc.) and their practical applications

4. Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and optimize complex processes

5. Independent, structured working style

6. Excellent English skills (German is a plus)
